What should I expect from the custom couture process?(For detailed information, please refer to our PDF document). ​ The process may vary slightly depending on whether you choose to pick up your gown in person or have it shipped to you. The journey begins with open communication. After submitting our appointment form, we'll arrange a design consultation to discuss your ideas and ensure we understand your vision. We'll cover style, colours, budget, materials, and fit. Following this, you'll receive sketches, and once you choose your favourite design, we'll provide you with a quote. To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. From there, you sit back and wait while our seamstresses get to work on your dress! What is the cost of custom dressmaking?Our custom dressmaking services start at a minimum of $300. However, the final price varies depending on your specific design requirements and preferred budget. To get an accurate estimate, please fill out our appointment form. We will promptly respond with options that align with your budget or provide a price range for the desired design!

When should I book my appointment?How long does it take to create a custom dress? Custom garment creation times vary depending on the type of garment. Bridal: For bridal garments, rush orders can be completed in as little as 6 weeks, depending on the style and our workload during the season. However, to achieve the best results, we recommend allowing a minimum of 3 months. Other: For other types of garments (evening gowns, cocktail dresses, etc), rush orders can be completed in as short as 2 weeks! However, we strongly advise contacting us at least 6 weeks in advance for optimal results. The earlier you reach out to us, the more time we have to assist you in selecting fabric samples, scheduling fittings for a perfect fit, and paying attention to every detail. Note: Rush orders may come with an added cost.

For both bridal and other custom garments, we begin with open communication and a consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, and desired budget. Once you choose your preferred design, we provide a quote for the garment. For both bridal and other custom garments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
